Before you place an order, we’ll make sure the design is right, from the national or international standards it meets, to the specific fabrics we use, to the placement of pockets and loops. We’ll then produce samples for you to try.

Our Sizing App helps to ensure that we get the right fit for each member of your crew. Convenient, quick and accurate, it uses AI technology to capture precise measurements, ensuring comfort, mobility and safety.

For those preferring a personal service, we offer an in-person sizing option. Our sizing team will visit crew members at all your locations to ensure correct size and fit.

FAST DELIVERY

We deliver – quickly! Sourcing kit in good time has become problematic in today’s market. Our competitors are taking months to complete orders and failing to meet delivery deadlines. Not us. Our customers are surprised and delighted at how quickly they can receive kit.

We keep healthy stocks of technically advanced fabrics, so we’re not hindered by supply issues. We have the staff, capacity and capability to hit the ground running when you place an order, so we can deliver excellent quality kit in industry leading times of 8-12 weeks.

MANUFACTURING CONTROL

From initial design to delivery of your kit, everything is handled by us. Part of the reason we’re out-stripping our competitors on delivery times is the full control we have over our supply chain and manufacturing capabilities.

Whilst many PPE suppliers look to Asia to contract out their manufacturing, we have our own manufacturing facility in the heart of Europe. Here we employ our own staff, and have stringent training, auditing and quality control procedures. Our in-house production line is expertly managed to ensure a smooth process and avoid delays, meaning your PPE will reach you quickly.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

Our care and attention to detail doesn’t stop on delivery. You can depend on us to handle the ongoing cleaning and maintenance of your kit, to ensure it’s in tip top condition for every call out.

Our full service package in the UK provides cleaning and decontamination services at 22 aftercare service depots across the country. Here, we also inspect kit for signs of damage and undertake repairs. PPE is returned within seven days, clean, repaired and ready for action.

All aftercare services are logged on our Wardrobe Management Portal, where you can track and access the service history of each piece of kit, and order replacements.

We’re actively sourcing worldwide partners to help us deliver these services globally, and can advise on aftercare services available in any location.

ENVRONMENTAL RESPONSIBLITY

Our impact on the environment matters. We work hard to protect firefighters, and we want to protect our planet too. We’re proud to offer our customers a comprehensive recycling package for firefighting PPE.

Our FlamePro Recycle scheme takes used firefighter clothing, boots and helmets from any supplier to be reused, repurposed or recycled. Our services are scalable, whether you require occasional box returns, or regular recycling bin collections. Together, we can all make a difference keeping firefighting PPE out of landfill.
